File permissions for /sbin/init.d/hpnpd .

Does anybody have an idea of what the correct permission is for /sbin/init.d/hpnpd.
They are now 554 but when I do an swverify -v HPNP its states that it should be 664. Is this correct?? All of my boxes have 554 for this permission...

Here is an ll of my /sbin/init.d/hpnpd:

# ll /sbin/init.d/hpnpd
-r-xr-xr-- 1 bin bin 901 Dec 7 1998 /sbin/init.d/hpnpd

I think the 554 is the correct permissions. I don't know why you would want it to be -rw-rw-r-- that doesn't make sense.

My permissions are 554 and everything seems to be working fine.
