lvextend -L /dev/yourvg/yourfilesytem

If you have Online JFS then you can increase mountpint by doing
fsadm -F vxfs -bM /your_mount_point

Without online jfs, you will have to umount filesystem and extendfs -F vxfs /dev/yourvg/
