Re: Firefox: how to install global estension under HPUX?
I'm suggesting you bring up firefox then open a URL with the .xpi extension. Either Open file or Open Location. Both under the File menu.

Re: Firefox: how to install global estension under HPUX?
I tried your syntax with something I already have. I don't get anything, not even a warning it was already there:

Re: Firefox: how to install global estension under HPUX?
and when i install the extension with the interaktive script then pops up an windows with the question "install extension" and i manuel accept it.
but this is not the way i want to go... i must install the extension without any manual input, like press mousebutton or a key input and so on...
