I noticed today that HP now has version 3.5.9 available so I downloaded and installed it. Initally I had all the issues mentioned in the opening post to this thread, so I went to the two line startup from TTr and it started.

It took a little while for the initial startup but the good news is it looks the previously mentioned slowness is no longer an issue.

I can go back to using FireFox again - yahoo!
