Firmware for Webconsole not OK

Hi,
I have a big problem with terminal emulation when I used a webconsole.
I have just installed the last firmware version for web console A1_9 but the problem is not resolved.
Web console paramiters for Network are True.
Can some of you help me ???

It may not be your webconsole but the PC you are using. I have had problems using Internet Explorer 4.0 , I found that Netscape Navigator worked with no problems.
