Firmware sfw patches

Could someone tell me what firmware and software patches are needed for a user putting 36GB disks into a Model 12H autoraid (running 10.20)- and changing fans

I believe you only need firmware HP56 on your Autoraid. Havent heard of any specific HP-UX patches.
Im from Palmerston North, New Zealand, but somehow ended up in London...

You should be running the latest Autoraid patch for HP-UX 10.20 anyway;
