FLT CBF0 on J2240

Hi all!
We have a HP9000 J2240 machine which all of a sudden hanged with the system LCD
display saying "FLT CBF0" and "FLT CBFA" contiuously. There was no display on
the graphics console. But after hard booting the machine it is working properly
for 2 days. Can anyone tell what these error codes stand for.
Details of the machine:
System: HP 9000 J2240 with Auto Raid 12H.
OS: HP-UX 10.20 with latest patch bundle.

Thanks in advance
Regards,

Re: FLT CBF0 on J2240

Your box pulled an High Priority Machine Check (CBF0 -> HPMC occurred) (CBFA ->
Previous PIM logged, current HPMC can not be logged)
This is usually caused by a hardware problem. You will better contact your HP
Hardware support
