Following message in syslog

Morning all,

I have the following message in syslog :

LVM: PV 0 has been returned to vg[0]

I also received an EMS notification of a SCSI hardware failure but all tests seem ok. See the attached file for the event notification.

Any ideas what this means,

Hi,

This can cause bu scsi timeout ,
please check do you have latested scsi and LVM patch.

This can also be caused by a busy system / scsi bus. Make sure you've applied the latest scsi patches.

If on an external array or enclosure, you can run " pvchange -t 180 /dev/dsk/c#t#d# to increase the timeouts. The default is 30 seconds.
No question is dumb if you don't know the answer.
