Why can I not print out the forum ettiqute that is so eloquintly put by your hard work?

My ITRC Forums Etiquette cannot be printed because I have encrypted that page and disabled that function.

This was due to some problems an on-line group I am familiar with was having with people stealing their work and claiming it as their own.

No one from the Forums ever did anything, but at the time I posted that, I decided to go ahead and encrypt it to prevent anything from happening.

I'm confused. I can print the etiquette pages. These two statements may not be related. ;)

If I recall correctly, it depends entirely on what browser you are using.

Some browsers ignore the no-printing directive in the encryption and some do not.
