Even in the limited time I have, I do enjoy occasionally perusing these forums. I contribute a little bit and learn a lot.

Unfortunately, the web site is just SSSOOOO ??DAAAAMMMMMM ??SLOOOOOWWWW. Too bad. Is it me or are others experiencing poor performance?

Hello tom,

there is a thread for this, run by Dan (one of the forum's
managers, or even THE forum manager).
He told me, that he intends to have such thread every
month to not let it grow too much...

Hi,

You are not the only one experiencing slow performance, and i am sure Dan will be seeing a lot of these in the forum issues being reported to him.

We had some real bad performance/access issues couple of weeks back but i guess we are yet to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll post to the performance thread listed, however, I don't hold high hopes. The HP server(s) being used are obviously way underpowered.

By the way, it took me about 16 minutes to assign points to these two replies!!

ZZZZZ...that's what I can say about that!! Some days are great, some days, (the last 3,) are terrible.

True, some days are OK, others it's down altogether. But when it's up, a great learning place it is.
