from v1 to v3 sys admin guide?

I'm going from v1 to v3. Is there an all in one guide that shows the kinds of things that are new for v3?

Hi Ed:

To see the full evolution you need to look at not only 11.23 (11iv2) but also 11.31 (11iv3).

Look at (for example) :

You will want to scan the notes beginning with 11.23 proceeding through the update release of 11.31 that you want to install for a full overview.

Look at the 11iv3 upgrade process.
You have to upgrade it to 11iv2 (11.23 ) then run the msv2v3check script to determine if it is going to be compatible with 11iv3.

Don't believe any of the guides concerning update-ux.

It still doesn't work right.

Plan a cold install followed by full application installation.

I did a fresh install of 3.

Unless you stepped though an upgrade from 11.11 to 11.23 and then to 11.31 you had to cold-install to make a one-step move from 11.11 to 11.31.

Nevertheless, you are asking what's new in 11.31 compared to 11.11. Re-read my original answer. You need to look at the release notes for 11.23 AND 11.31 to see everything that has occured.
