fsadm reports licensing issue

Hi all
when i run
fsadm -F vxfs -de /home
on my system i get the following error message

fsadm: You don't have a license to run this program
i checked for the online jfs feature and it is enabled

bash-2.05a$ /sbin/fs/vxfs/vxenablef
System is licensed for features
Full_VxFS HP_DMAPI

can anybody help me out to resolv this issue?
iam running hpux11.11

swlist -l fileset JFS output is

From what you have posted there its not clear that you actually have online JFS on your system.

What's the output of:

swlist | grep -i jfs

If you do see online JFS, you've probably hit the license expiration issue outlined here:

http://www.hp.com/softwarereleases/releases-media2/notices/mc-edited_21.pdf

If you don't see Online JFS as an installed product from the above swlist, you're not licensed for the feature you are trying to use.

is it mandatory to re-install the product or i should just install a new license
(we already added a new license supplied from hp)?

Ur licence seems to be good no problem with that.
U have good version on JFS and this does not require a reboot so I think u may go ahead with reinstalling it.Before asking for for new code word.
