ftp acceleration

Hi,
you might have heard about a windows utility called download accelerator plus for speeding up the FTP.

It uses many channels and mirrors parallely to
speed up the file transfer.

I want to know how to configure ftp servers to
use with the DAP software. how to configure ftp
server mirrors for load balancing ?
