ftp log-on from WIN XP to HP-UX 10.20

On my PC in the RUN window I type :
ftp 131.127.49.31 -> OK
(131.127.49.31 is the IP address of the UNIX workstation networked with the PC)

When I try to ftp between my PC- running WIN XP Pro- and my HP735 HP-UX workstation - running HP-UX 10.20 – I can log on the UNIX workstation as a superuser (with the password of the superuser).
But when I try to do the same as a user “szekely” (“szekely” is my user ID on the UNIX workstation) I cannot. After typing my password (which works on the UNIX workstation) I get the error message:
530 Login incorrect.
Login failed.
ftp>

What’s happening?

Take a look at your /var/adm/inetd.sec file

Thank you for your promt reply but unfortunately I still cannot log on the UNIX workstation as user szekely.
(user szekely is restricted to log on, the superuser is not).
