FTP problem

Hi,

I'm creating files on a HPUX 10.20 server for a user to collect via internet explorer. The files on the unix box have the correct date and time stamp, however when you view them through the browser window they show up with the correct date and time just 2003 and not 2004?

I'm sure it's not a unix problem just wondered if any one had any ideas?
