FTP problems
I have a FTP server that has just locked out everyone unless they are a member of the Administrators group. I know that if the Application Log for Windows NT gets full, it will lockout everyone except for administrators until it is cleared and the server is rebooted, but that's not the case here since I archived the logs and rebooted the server. Still having the same problem. Any suggestions?
I've played around with the NTFS permissions, but not having any luck. Again, if I add each user account to the local admin group it works fine, but that won't be the permanent solution--too risky.
Thanks for any help you can give me,

Re: FTP problems
This is an NT question, NOT HP-UX!
Microsoft. When do you want a virus today?
