ftp, rsh, rcp, etc ... they don't work ..!!! :0(

Hi ..
how can i verify if telnet processes are started?

i mean, i can research server by ping ...
if i try access by telnet , i can not ...

why?

Log on the server and see if the 'inetd' process is running. If not, try to start it:

# /sbin/init.d/inetd start

Otherwise, what errors are you getting?
