Full core dump in HP-UX 10.20
Hello,
I am trying to run an application on HP-UX 10.20 , when I execute the command it will give me a core dump file. I sent the core file to the vendor and they mentioned that the core file was not a full core memory dump.
How do I set the HP-UX to perform a full memory core dump ?
Thanks
Kasman

Re: Full core dump in HP-UX 10.20
How did you create the core file?
Here is a similar discussion:

BTW a full memory dump is created via system panic. If your trying to restrict to your application, the above posting contains some hints.

Re: Full core dump in HP-UX 10.20
Here are instructions on how to analyze a core dump file.
attached in html format. HP will be able to provide you information on the problem if its a standard core dump file.
