gated on HP-UX

I have a HP-UX 9000 10.20 with gated 3.5.8. I would like to upgrade to gateD 3.6 or higher. Is there any patches available and is it possible?

I think that the patch ID is really PHNE_17103, which unfortunately is not 3.6:
