GBL_DISK_SUBSYSTEM_QUEUE???

Hi All,
I encounter one problem that GBL_DISK_SUBSYSTEM_QUEUE always is 20 on my production server. I don't know what's happen!! For long time, it is okay, but since March 5, it is grows up day by day read from 3 to 20. Normally, it around 2 or 3. Could you help me to verify it? (Please refer attachment)

Can you just check whether there is a run-away process. You can look at the top to find out the top 5 process.
