gcc3.04 from HP Porting &Archieve Center

Hi,

Hope you can help. I installed gcc today on my
K210. It is a binary depot
file I got from the HP porting
center. I successly installed
and used it on my 750/755 but
on the K210 I get the following
message when I do a configure
on the SAMBA source code.
error: Installation or configuration problem C compiler cannot create executables. The error comes
up when configure is testing
for gcc -0



Anyone have any ideas on
what I may have done wrong.

you need to install 'binutils', then it will work.
