General questionnaire for Porting any Product from AIX to HP Unix

Hi,
I am going to manage several porting projects for porting product from AIX box to HP UX . Is there any set of questionnaire to quick start and do the assessment of the project estimate?

Shalom,

Ask for the original documentation, specifiations, what compilers and versions were used an number of users.

Don't make delivery promises this is a difficult thing to bring off.
