General: Total # of logical FC disk devices with HP-UX 11.i

What's the total possible # of Fibre Channel disk devices, ioscan -funC disk, that HP-UX 11.i on a Superdome and or N-class can see/use?

Last I checked for HP disk arrays it was 255 LUNS per Fiber card. The number is as low as 8 LUNS/fiber card with some non-hp disk arrays(Xiotech for example).

These are A6795A's HP Tachyon XL2 connected to a huge EMC DMX swith and frame. Would that make a difference?
