generic OS 11.0 and 10.20 documentation

My manager wants a generic installation document for installing 10.20 and 11.00 yesterday. Including licensing and keys to disk configuration, network and even the software applications. I'm fairly new and not quite sure how to go about setting one up fast. Hope cutting and pasting is possiable for most of the work.
Any help would be appreciated.
