Gentran Server for Unix 6.0 SP2

We are experiencing core dumps from the Gentran lftran process on HP-UX 11i. The problem is intermittent, about 3 times a month out of about 100 runs.
Is anyone running this product on this platform and have you experienced core dumps? I'd really like to hear from users, whether you have a core problem or not. The vendor assures us that many of their customers are running this configuration.
Thanks for any help or input. The HP team tried to look at the core dumps, but the lftran we have doesn't have the symbol sets.
