get_patches script

I believe you are taking about the script to download the patches from the ITRC site, right?
If yes then this script is dynamically generated depending on patches you select at ITRC and you can then download the script once you have selected the patches from ITRC

I think get_patches script has been removed from patch file long years ago so now you can not find this script in the zipped patch file that come from itrc ftp site.Why don't you download it using ftp software?
