Geting NFS error whil issuing bdf command

Hello Expert ,

When i run the bdf command ,i am geting the below line @ the end of the bdf output

"NFS server CRMPRDDB not responding still trying"

Also the system is not returning to the # prompt ...

Please suggest ..

CRMPRDDB or the network is broken.  Reboot it.

Or use "bdf -l" so you don't pick up NFS filesystems.

How is that filesystem mounted?

check wheather server CRMPRDDB is pinging or not?? also check entry for CRMPRDDB in /etc/hosts file
