Getting ct_query failed messages on boot up

Hi I have a L-2000 Server that is a Re-Furb server that we just bought. We just imaged it with a Golden Image and now everytime it boots up, I'm seeing the following message:

ct_query failed HW_Path= 0/4/0/0

The server does end up booting up to Run Level 3 and I can login without issues. There is a Fiber HBA in the slot and HW Path mentioned above in the message that we get. Can anyone tell me what this means?

Thx,
-Ken

Ken

I believe ct stands for "common transport".

You see this message, for FC HBAs where you do not have an FC link (to a switch or array).

Nothing to worry.

Fantastic, that makes sense. We have not run any fiber to this HBA Card yet. Thanks for your help.
