Glance network bottleneck

Hey,

 

I've recently discovered xglance and have been taking note while troubleshooting a application that the network bottleneck is always yellow or red.

 

I have a 100Mb interface.

 

The other network page shows throughput and its doing around 40-50MB when it's red.

 

Does anybody know how accurate glance is? Can i confirm this with another tool?
