Re: Glance
you have a trial version of glance.
To use the product after the expiration you have to buy a permanent license.

SolutionIf you see something like:
# swlist -l bundle | grep -i glance
B3699AA_APZ_TRY C.02.40.000 Trial HP GlancePlus/UX Pak for s700 10.20
Then you have the trial version. If you have installed the licensed version, then you may have a problem with your permanent license key. Try comparing the gkey files in /var/opt/perf and /opt/perf/newconfig. If they are different, then copy the one in newconfig to /var/opt/perf
If you have a trial version and need a one time trial extension, you can email a request to mgmttools_ov@hp.com
Include your os version and platform (hpux 10.20 9000/715 for example) and your name, phone number, company, email address, fax number number and the products and licenses
you need. (for example GlancePlus, or Perfview Analyzer)

Re: Glance
Thank for your help. What I have done is just to install the permanent version and now it's working properly.
Thanks,
A Cossa
