GlancePlus fatal startup error

I get the following error when I attempt to start glance from a terminal. System is a K-570 running 10.20 patched to Sept 2000:

GlancePlus fatal error.

Wed Jun 6 12:32:55 2001
mi_get_mem_stats - error getting 'physmem'
Bad address.

Youre running what looks to be an old version of glance. B.10.20.15 ? dated 1997.

Were running the uptodate C.02.15.00 version for 10.20 dated late 1998. Works fine. Try updating yours, you can download straight from the ITRC as long as you have glance registered against one of your system handles.
