GNU tar for HP-UX 11i

Does GNU tar version 1.12 run on HP-UX 11.11? If not, what versions do and where can I get them from (preferably somewhere providing a copy of the source code also)?

Hi,

GNU tar v 1.13.25 is available here along with the source:

http://hpux.cs.utah.edu/hppd/hpux/Gnu/tar-1.13.25/

Note: The 11.0 version works fine for 11i.
