From where can i download these? I tried in http://www.gnu.org/software , but couldn't succeed.

Hi,
Look at "The HP-UX Porting and Archive Centre"
http://hpux.connect.org.uk/

for example:

You also might have a look at:
http://cm.bell-labs.com/cm/cs/what/smlnj/install/
Look there for ml-lex.tar.Z and ml-yacc.tar.Z
