golden image load failure

When loading a golden image onto an rx2600 from an ignite server, I get the following error:

* Processing the archive source (HP-UX Golden Image Archive).
* Thu Feb 26 11:51:49 EST 2009: Starting archive load of the source (B.11.23 hf869s V2 Host system).
* Processed 10% of archive
* Processed 20% of archive
pax_iux: - : This doesn't look like a tar archive
pax_iux: - : Skipping to next file...
ERROR: Cannot load OS archive (B.11.23 hf869s V2 Host system)

This image installs fine on several other systems. Other golden images I have fail with the same error on this system. So apparently a problem on this particular client system.

Any ideas? I've tried some network hw changes.
What does the " - " indicate in the pax-iux line?

Its a bad golden image. Some error occurred when it was being built.

This image is not going to install, you need a different one.

If the image installs fine on other systems, there is probably something wrong with this particular client.

Almost looks to me like the transfer was interrupted / broken. I'd troubleshoot the networking on this box, make sure there's not a duplicate IP address on the lan, etc.
