GPM (Glance) Display

Hi. I just have changed some kernel parameters (shmmax, swchunk, msgmni, semmnu...) in a SD32 box (HP-UX 11i), since this event, cpu display (GPM) is showing processes running in RTIME level when before they were running in Normal. What's the difference ?, how the CPUs are managing the queues ?
