This is a product you must purchase, though there is a trial version on your install CDs.

swlist -l bundle | grep B3693AA

You must purchase this product, which requires a codeword.
The trial version is bundle: B3693AA_TRY
Both of these should be on the Application Release media.

This means you don't have HP GlancePlus/UX installed. You need to find it on your application media. You should be able to use the trial version B3693AA_TRY without purchasing.
You should be able to use the swinstall GUI by:
# swinstall B3693AA_TRY
And point it to your CD drive.
