Grate, than 8 Gb.

When I try to backup my files next massage appeared. What can I do?

tar: Size of /u02/oracle/oradata/ttmbdb/CALLS_2005.DBF > 8GB. Not dumped.

Hi,

Use GNU's tar : http://hpux.connect.org.uk/hppd/hpux/Gnu/tar-1.15.1/

that is tar limitation.

Please use fbackup to backup your file bigger than 8 GB
