I do not understand your question.
Is it for a envizex / ncd, or do you want to attach the monitor direct to the server ( graphical interface?)

All the script in /sbin/rc2.d rc3.d and rc4.d are run if you go for init 4.
Check for the CDE / dtlogin script.
