Hard Disk Limitation w/o RQUOTAD running

I'm running a Windows NT 4.0 PCNFS Client and mounting a network drive to a
HP-9000 10.20. I'm limited only to a portion on the HP-9000 hard disk capacity
on exported file system(/home), and "rquotad" is not running on the server.
The HP-9000 have 32GB of hard disk space, and on the NT, it shows 800MB disk
capacity available to use. My /etc/mnttab entry "/dev/vg01/lvol11 /home vxfs
delaylog,nodatainlog 0 0 950611007".
Note: I can mount to a sun system and get the full hard drive on the sun
server.

I do not have a definative answer other than the PCNFS is the problem. I would
dig around with that software.
