have mirror-ux, expand /stand

I need to extend /stand to 300 MB (currently 80mb) and i have mirror-ux. What would be the best procedure to do that? Please note that i have a primary swap of 4 GB on nclass machine running 11.0 with 4GB physical memory. no apps are running so i can reduce primary swap without issues.

and w/o online JFS, the "supported" method is ignite....

make_tape_recovery of vg00. reboot from tape and run ingnite interactively to change lv sizes as required
