hi All,
may i know can i change the setting of a HBA card? how can i change the link speed? the Topology?
by running "fcmsutil /dev/fclp0", comes out with the following result
# fcmsutil /dev/fclp0

I don't think so. fcmsutil is a diagnostic tool. If you want to manage or tune look at scsimgr

Solution
You don't set these parameters - the FC card will detect what the other end is set to, and set itself appropriately. You card seems to be set to private loop - suggesting its direct connected to some device.
If this isn't waht you want, you'll have to look at changing the other end as the HPUX FC card will just auto-sense what the other end wants and configure itself based on that.
