heartbeat LAN
I hav configure clustering on two node cluster..Now the nodes are connected thro a L3 switch on subnet x.x.x.x.for the heartbeat i hav connected the two nodes back to back using a cross cable and given it ips 192.168.0.1 and .2 respectively to nodes.now when i ran cmcheckconf it gave a error node a able to connect on IP level but not on DLPI level.
i tried connecting the heartbeat thro a witch also but got the same error...
plz help

Get your switches checked out.
Also verify things such a netmasks etc

Link connectivity to LAN station: 0x001083182E9E

The primary networks and heartbeat should be isolated.

try to run the command:
ifconfig lanX unplumb
for your standby lan and check that in the netconf file there aren' t entry for this lan.
