[help]about the mail address[help]

recently I install 10 c3600 workstation by ignite.and all of the workstaitons use the same configuration.and the strange thing is ,when I use the workstation sendmail to me,I found some of the mail address use the DNS domain name (root@wk01.abc.com) but others use nis domain name (root@wk02.abcnis).I just wondering why the to workstation are different.I check the /etc/resolv.conf /etc/nsswitch.conf ,they are all the same.
so where should I check further more? thanks .

I already got answer from other place.the /etc/hosts has the hostname with the nis domain name . that's why the mail address with the nis domain name .and now the question why the ignite server make the workstation different when use the same process? 8-)
any way, my problem already solved 8-)
