!!! Help!help !! lan2 failed and recovered and failed and ....

I am using HP9000 serial K380.

The software version is:
HP-UX scp1 B.10.20 A 9000/800 1899689431 two-user license

I have two host and configured it to a cluster.
Every host have 3 lancard. The card type is HP-PB 10/100baseT.

In my MC config, I configured the lan0 and lan1 to HEARTBEAT. And the lan2 is a
standby (backup) card.

The problem is:

Every host's system log file
/var/adm/syslog/syslog.log is loged like this all over the time:

Apr 12 14:04:53 scp1 cmcld: lan2 failed
Apr 12 14:04:55 scp1 cmcld: lan2 recovered
Apr 12 14:05:11 scp1 cmcld: lan2 failed
Apr 12 14:05:15 scp1 cmcld: lan2 recovered
Apr 12 14:05:31 scp1 cmcld: lan2 failed
Apr 12 14:05:33 scp1 cmcld: lan2 recovered
Apr 12 14:05:49 scp1 cmcld: lan2 failed
Apr 12 14:05:53 scp1 cmcld: lan2 recovered
Apr 12 14:06:10 scp1 cmcld: lan2 failed
Apr 12 14:06:12 scp1 cmcld: lan2 recovered

What shall I do ??
Many thanks.

Make sure no ip is assigned to lan2 in MC config file and lan2 is not defined
in netconf file. Do lanscan verify that lan2 is down.
run cmviewcl -v and all lans should show as being up.
