Help: Looking for samba > 2.0 to HP-UX 10.20

Does anyone have a depot with samba 2.0 or newr for 10.20. Help appreciated!!

I do no t see that samba was ported specifically for 10.20, probably they did.

You can always send an e-mail to the samba team to see if they have it:

You can get the source code from the link below and compile it on your 10.20.

Yes, it is possible to compile but, I have only one machine remaining on 10.20 and this machine has no compiler on it, also kind of short of disk on it also so no install of gcc is possible

I can offer you:

smbclient: PA-RISC1.1 shared executable dynamically linked -not stripped

but it's built to /pro/local/samba, which means you either have to create that folder, or make a symlink so it's found there.
I don't know if the options I used (if I can remember at all) suit your need
