high Network_Queue in VmGuest

Hello,
i determine a hi “Network_Queue” on our new VmGuest, but I can’t believe it.
The Network_Queue is continuously “10 – 30”.


All the others values looks like good:
I can’t see errors or collisions etc..
No Performance Problem is recognisable !
