Stephen and Manikandan as you suggested I checked the first line in /etc/rc.config.d/Rpcd file and the first line was uncommented. I commented that line. Now I think I have to reboot the machine. After rebooting I will let you know the result.

Manikandan, devender and Stephen I successfully rebooted the machine. It is working fine now.

I once again thank you all for the help and time you have given to me to resolve this issue.
