HotSpot Virtual Machine Error : 11

I am trying to load some software on an rx4640 (itanium) server and am encountering this error (attached)

Shalom,

This may be from bad program code of the developers that are writing the application that uses HotSpot.

But this clue tells me its a hotspot problem and you need to open a support case.

HP wants to know. This is a HP support forum but it is not customer support. They need this report to improve their product.

I'd look for a newer version of hotspot and make sure all "suggested" patches on http://www.hp.com/go/java are installed.
