You shoould have the support contract with hp to access this book which i beleive is the software recovery handbook.

Hi Denver,

There's something wrong with that link you posted. When I use it, it locks up the window it opens & then when I stop it via Task Manager it crashes all IE open windows - ouch.
I'm running IE 6.0.2

I goofed with my link... I had the "Intro" pdf bookmarked and it had all of the chapters w/ links in it... but I should've doulble checked the links before submitting my answer.

The intro links to other chapters went to the HP internal site, not to the external one. my bad.

but you're not able to even pull up the intro.pdf file?? wierd... maybe it's an adobe/IE prob... or it's one of those many MS-Windoze features. :)
