how can I install sudo

Hi experts can any one provide step by step to install sudo
what I did is i copied sudo binary and /etc/sudoers files from other server and it is working, but where I will monitor sudo users files is it right way, previously long time ago I did on solaris with C compiler

Go to http://software.hp.com and download the correct version (hp-ux11i v1/v2/v3) to ensure you have a current version, install and configure.
